The standard is the manager's own published policy: a military discount, rate, or verification program stated on the manager's site, quoted here as written. StayClubs holds the club until a military-family travel community takes it.

Military families ask managers the same question every summer: do you offer a military discount, and what does it take to get it. Most answers live on a specials page or a single amenity line and are easy to miss. This club collects homes where the manager has put the answer in writing on its own site, with the percentage, the ID requirement, and the restrictions quoted as the manager states them.

Twelve homes from eleven managers across the Outer Banks, the Crystal Coast near Camp Lejeune and Cherry Point, Sandbridge near the Hampton Roads bases, Gulf Shores, and the Smoky Mountains. Each links to the manager; you book with them.

What qualifies, exactlyThe manager publishes a military discount, military rate, or military and veteran verification policy on its own website (a specials page, a policy line, or a listing amenity line), and the home is bookable on that manager's own site. The claim quotes the policy and links to the page where it appears. The authority is the manager; StayClubs does not verify eligibility, apply discounts, or confirm that a given home or date is included. Percentages, minimum stays, blackout periods, and ID rules are the manager's and can change.
