The standard is the manager's own listing page using the phrase ski-in/ski-out for that specific home. StayClubs holds the club until a manager or ski-market operator takes it on.

Ski-in/ski-out is the most stretched phrase in mountain lodging. Shuttle stops, gondola walks and near-the-lifts all get sold under it. This club keeps only homes where the manager's own listing page says ski-in/ski-out for that home, and quotes the sentence so you can judge the wording yourself.

What qualifies, exactlyThe manager's own listing page for the specific home must use the phrase ski-in/ski-out (or ski in ski out, ski-in ski-out access) in its title, description or amenities. Phrases like near the lifts, walk to the gondola or shuttle to the slopes do not qualify. Collection pages and blog posts do not count on their own; the phrase has to be on the home's listing. Where a listing adds that access depends on snow conditions, the card says so. The authority is the manager, quoted as displayed, checked September 2026.
