This club is built to be handed to the person who wrote the standard. Until then it lists only what companies say about themselves, in public, with the link.

Nobody can search for a safe vacation rental. Airbnb and Vrbo do not filter for it, and a manager who trained their whole team on inspections has nowhere to say so except a blog post nobody reads. So this page reads the blog posts.

Every company here has stated, on its own website, that its team completed a short-term rental safety inspection course (the program authored by Justin Ford, delivered through Breezeway). We link the statement. We do not inspect homes, we do not certify anything, and the claim is the manager's, not ours. What you get is a list you could not make yourself, and a booking with the manager, the way you always have.

The home cards under it are homes that company manages. A course completion is a fact about a company's training, not a promise about a home. Read the manager's own page before you book, the way you would anyway.
