A mastermind is a curated club that already collects dues. What it does not have is a guest-facing page: the place a traveler can see the operators the room vouches for and book with them. Every room on this list argues for owned demand. This is what owned demand looks like as a page.
The page will show, for every home: the manager's own listing, the room that names them, the source, and a check-dates button. What it will never show: a membership claim we cannot link.
Operators who pay to sit in a mastermind together have already done the hard part of a club: chosen each other. VRMB Communities, STR Directors, Vodyssey's Empire Club, Build STR Wealth's Inner Circle. Each is a room of professional managers with a founder who vouches for them. None publishes a member list, and we could not find a single management company that states its membership on its own website.
So this club has the shape and not the roster. It fills when a mastermind's founder hands over the list, or members say it on their own sites. Curated, labeled as the founder's judgment, earning on every booking the room's name sends.
