The standard is the manager's own event-home page or listing label. StayClubs holds the page until an Outer Banks wedding authority takes it.

Most Outer Banks managers will tell you almost any big house can host a wedding. A smaller number put it in writing: a dedicated event-homes page, an events-permitted line on the listing, a stated attendee cap and fee. This club collects only the homes where the manager has done that, so a couple planning a beach wedding can see the event terms before they call.

The homes

What qualifies, exactlyThe manager's own site lists the home on an event-homes or wedding-homes page, or the listing itself states that special events are permitted (a fee, an attendee maximum, an Allows Events tag, or an event-home label). The manager is the authority; StayClubs quotes what the page says and adds nothing. Homes on Airbnb, VRBO, or third-party directories only do not count.
