Clean is the floor of hospitality, and it is the thing guests review most and can verify least before arrival. A cleaning company or standards body that publishes what its process checks, and which companies it services under that process, would give guests the first cleaning claim in this industry they could look up.
This club is the place that claim would live. For every home: the manager's own listing, the standard as its author states it, the source, and a check-dates button. Nothing here is a StayClubs judgment about cleanliness. It is a published standard, gathered.
Every rental says it is clean. Almost none can say cleaned to what. A published cleaning standard, with a checklist, a named process, and a company that stands behind it, is the difference between a promise and a fact, and it is rarer in this industry than it should be.
We went looking for management companies that publicly hold a named cleaning certification. We found badges on the certifiers' own sites and nothing on the managers' pages. So this club has a shape and no homes: it fills when a cleaning-standards company publishes its criteria and its client list, or when managers state the standard on their own listings. If you run one of those companies, this page is the storefront you do not have.
