The standard is the manager's own published travel advisor page: a commission rate, a portal, or an advisor contact on the manager's site. The manager is the authority; StayClubs only reads what the page says.

Most vacation rental managers do not work with travel advisors at all, and the ones that do rarely say so in public. This club collects the ones that put it in writing on their own site: a page for travel advisors or travel agents that states a commission, offers a portal, or names a contact. If your advisor is handling the rest of the trip, these are homes they can fold in and be paid for.

What qualifies, exactlyThe manager publishes a travel advisor program on its own website: a page addressed to travel advisors or travel agents that states a commission rate, provides an advisor portal or agency terms, or gives an advisor contact. The home must be listed on that manager's own booking site. Marketplaces and agencies that pay advisors but do not manage the homes (Rental Escapes, Villas of Distinction, Exceptional Villas, Plum Guide, Whimstay) do not count; they are listed under Also on record. The authority is the manager's advisor page, quoted as displayed in September 2026.
